IIMC's conference management solutions are designed to reduce your operating costs by up to 40% by increasing organizational efficiency and automating delegate self-service. Clients do not have to install or maintain any software as IIMC's solutions are offered as hosted Web applications.
Worldwide Access 24/7 and Inclusive Annual Fee
All users (whether conference organisers, chairs, authors, reviewers or delegates) can access the system from anywhere in the world, twenty-four hours a day, using a Web Browser.
Based on an Application Service Provision (ASP) Model, clients pay an annual fee, which includes the implementation, customisation and hosting of a conference portal with the functionality agreed with the client. Clients are provided with a customised electronic manual based on the available functionality and user interface of their portal.
IIMC offers a number of ConferenceManager options at different price points to meet the exact requirements of your event, based on the target audience and expected number of delegates. The annual fee reflects the functionality selected, the level of customisation required and event size (in terms of delegates and/or abstract/paper submissions). Special discounts are offered for multi-year contracts, clients who organise multiple events and Members of IIMC's Partner Programme.
ConferenceManager
As well as organising the eChallenges and IST-Africa Conference Series, IIMC is also involved in the Scientific/Programme Committees of a number of other international conferences including Bled eConference, IADIS e-Society and e-Commerce. This experience has provided invaluable insight into the publishing, workflow & communications requirements of organising large conferences & congresses. (e.g. eChallenges e-2005 - 600 delegates from 46 countries, 470 abstracts/papers submitted for blind peer review, over 70 paper and workshop sessions over 3 days, 48 exhibitors from 16 countries).
ConferenceManager is a Web-based publishing, workflow and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Professional Conference Organisers (PCO) and committees of Scientific, Technical and Medical (STM) conferences, developed to meet the demanding requirements of managing such complex events.
As well as providing easy-to-use content management and image management functionality, ConferenceManager accelerates the review and programme creation process and delivers significant productivity benefits by supporting administration processes, online registration, submission and blind peer review of abstracts/papers and creating & publishing the conference programme. Integrated CRM functionality automates and enhances communication with authors & reviewers, allowing personalised e-mails to be sent to different registered users based on their profile. A Delegate Showcase supports community building & networking before, during and after each event by allowing registered delegates to publish their profile & photograph and research other delegates.
Conference Basics
IIMC's entry-level conference solution is a conference website with integrated image management and content management functionality. Designed to reflect the image of the conference (e.g. logo, colours etc.) based on collateral including graphics provided by the client, hosting is included.
Option 1
With a price point based on the size of the event, Option 1 includes Conference Basics in addition to the following functionality:
- Tailored Conference Portal & Integrated Online Registration
- Easy to use Content and Image Management Functionality
- Admin/Management of Users and Groups
- Automated Personalised e-mail Communications and Event Notifications
Adding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality allows either the PCO or conference committee to quickly and easily send personalised e-mails to groups of registered users based on their profile (e.g. conference committee, sponsors, paid delegates, unpaid delegates etc.). Option 1 quickly and easily provides a higher level of personalised interaction with potential delegates, paying for itself through the ability to quickly update and publish new content from any location, the ease of management of online registrations & a high level of delegate satisfaction.
Option 2
Option 2 includes Conference Basics and Option 1 in addition to the following functionality:
- Support upload of Papers and PowerPoints by Presenters
- Creation and publication of Dynamic Programme
- Self-Service Publishing of Profiles and Photographs in Delegate Showcase
Adding a Delegate Showcase allows registered delegates to publish their profile and photograph and research the backgrounds and interests of other delegates attending your event. This supports community building & networking before, during and after each event - a valuable delegate service.
Option 3
Option 3 includes Conference Basics, Option 1 & 2 in addition to the following functionality:
